Okay...so again, we are late with this post. Maybe we should move Brandt's birthdate?? This is month 5!!! Hard to believe that next month (really the end of May) Brandt will be half a year old. So what's new?? He is now enjoying more solid foods. He loves bananas and sweet potatoes and squash. He has eaten more rice cereal. I wouldn't say he loves it, but he eats it!! He has also tried peaches and applesauce. The peaches were a little tart compared to the bananas and applesauce, but that did not stop him from diving right in!!!
He is almost sitting up completely by himself. He tries but gets a little tired and then flops forward. He is reaching and grabbing at everything. And, he loves to talk to us. It's so funny because he gets so excited and if you talk back to him...it's like you are having a real conversation, only in "baby talk"!
He wants to "go"! He scoots himself when he is on the floor. He will pull his knees up under his tummy, and if he would lift his head off the floor he would be moving. He hasn't figured that part out just yet!! It won't be long!
